Hi,
I'm Johanna
I grew up in the Austrian Alps where natural therapies & herbal remedies are commonly used and often prescribed by GPs and the combination of modern and natural therapies is considered best practice.
I chose to practice Reflexology because I love the deep relaxation state it brings to body & mind. This allows the body to begin its own healing process and get to the core of the problem. As Reflexology is non-invasive and gentle, it can be used for a great variety of conditions and the benefits can be immediate.
I have a keen interest in the positive effects of Reflexology on cancer patients including the relief of long-term symptoms after treatment. The outcomes for my clients have been very positive and the relaxing, therapeutic effects of Reflexology are undeniable.
I look forward to meeting you!

What is Reflexology?
A qualified reflexologist uses light pressure and massage techniques on the feet, hands and ears to stimulate reflex and meridian points. These reflex points are believed to correspond to all the systems and organs of the body.
Reflexology promotes deep relaxation, increases circulation, and balances the body’s systems in a holistic manner.
Reflexology can also be a complementary treatment alongside other therapies and modern medicine to maintain and restore the body’s state of balance & well-being.
In each session I will work on particular pressure points in your feet that correspond with various system in the body.
The experience is painless, restorative and deeply relaxing.
Reflexology can help!
TOP 5 reasons my clients see me
Menopause
Hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia and mood swings are all caused by the endocrine system being out of whack. Reflexology helps bring the system back into balance by stimulating the pituitary gland, which is involved in controlling and monitoring hormone production.
Cancer
Reflexology is a gentle complementary therapy that is proven to alleviate some of the side effects of medication as well as chemo and radiation therapy. It also offers emotional support and nurturing during this traumatic time.
Stress & Anxiety
Reflexology directly affects the Nervous System, slowing the speed of impulse transmission through the nerves and thereby calming the system. All my clients report a sense of greater calm after a session.
Foot Discomfort
Whether you are a runner or on your feet all day, sore feet really slow you down. Reflexology uses a range of massage techniques that relax the muscles and help with Plantar Fasciitis, Shin Splints, Achilles Tendonitis and Metatarsalgia.
Poor Sleep
Often goes hand in hand with stress related issues and Menopausal Symptoms. The deep calming effect of a reflexology treatment has a positive impact on your sleep.
